Please note that we are a family owned and operated business. Therefore, we operate with a small staff. We appreciate your support by shopping on our online store and your patience as we prepare and ship your orders to you!
We add a small, flat handling fee to our shipping costs. This handling fee enables us to be able to purchase the packaging supplies needed to safely ship your item/s to you.
We ship as quickly as we are able to, but sometimes, shipping may be delayed by a few days, due to staffing. We apologize for any inconvenience! You will receive an email or a text update once your package has shipped along with tracking information.

Returns/Refund Policy
Gift Cards are NOT refundable.
For Merchandise, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Gift Cards are NOT refundable.
For Merchandise, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for you own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
